TERMS OF SERVICE
AGREEMENT DEFINITION
The following is the Terms of Service Agreement (Agreement) for the website www.caribbeancpa.do owned and operated by Caribbean CPA as of June 26, 2017. This Agreement is between you and Caribbean CPA. The information contained within the www.caribbeancpa.do is the exclusive ownership of Caribbean CPA. Caribbean CPA reserves the right the terms contained within this Agreement, from time to time.
SITE USE AGREEMENT
To access or use the www.caribbeancpa.do, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into Terms of Service described within this Agreement. Any communication exchanged between Caribbean CPA and someone who is under 18 years of age is hereby declared null and void. Please do NOT contact Caribbean CPA if you are not at least 18 years of age. You also hereby positively affirm that you are not using the www.caribbeancpa.do with the purpose of committing a crime or impersonating someone who is not yourself. You may only use this site for lawful purposes. In the event that you transmit or cause others to transmit to Caribbean CPA information illegal in nature, Caribbean CPA will report this situation to all applicable government authorities.
TAX SERVICE AGREEMENT SCOPE
In the even that a contract is entered between you and Caribbean CPA for any of the tax services described throughout the www.caribbeancpa.do website, Caribbean CPA will prepare your Tax Returns based on the tax information furnished by you to Caribbean CPA. It is hereby agreed and accepted by you that Caribbean CPA will NOT audit or otherwise verify the validity, accuracy or completeness of the information furnished by you or others on your behalf to Caribbean CPA.
It is also agreed that by you contacting Caribbean CPA, you affirm and certify to Caribbean CPA that you are the individual whose identity you represent to Caribbean CPA. In other words, you certify and positively affirm that you are NOT committing identity theft by requesting Caribbean CPA to prepare tax returns on your behalf. Furthermore, you certify that you are legally entitled to contract with Caribbean CPA for the preparation of the tax returns for any of the names, addresses, social security numbers, employer identity numbers, tax identification numbers, business names or legal entities involved in the tax services contracted between you and Caribbean CPA.
As part of this agreement, you certify to Caribbean CPA that you are NOT withholding information, submitting false information or making false representations to Caribbean CPA which could impair the ability of Caribbean CPA to accurately reflect your tax situation with any applicable government entity.
All information provided by you or others on your behalf to Caribbean CPA will be treated as confidential by Caribbean CPA, except when required by law or by a government entity with jurisdiction.
FOREIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT SCOPE
In the even that a contract is entered between you and Caribbean CPA for any of the international financial reporting services described throughout the www.caribbeancpa.do website, Caribbean CPA will prepare your applicable U.S. International Financial Reports (as required by the applicable laws and regulations existing at the time of the engagement), based on the relevant information furnished by you or others on your behalf to Caribbean CPA. It is hereby agreed and accepted by you that Caribbean CPA will NOT audit or otherwise verify the validity, accuracy or completeness of any information furnished by you to Caribbean CPA in connection with your ownership, control or interest on foreign reportable assets or transactions to the United States Government.
It is also agreed that by you contacting Caribbean CPA, you affirm and certify to Caribbean CPA that you are the individual whose identity you represent to Caribbean CPA. In other words, you certify and positively affirm that you are NOT committing identity theft by requesting Caribbean CPA to prepare international financial reports on your behalf. Furthermore, you certify that you are legally entitled to contract with Caribbean CPA for the preparation of the international financial reports for any of the names, addresses, social security numbers, employer identity numbers, tax identification numbers, business names or legal entities involved in the international financial report services contracted between you and Caribbean CPA.
As part of this agreement, you certify to Caribbean CPA that you are NOT withholding information, submitting false information or making false representations to Caribbean CPA which could impair the ability of Caribbean CPA to accurately prepare your international financial reports with the United States Treasury Department, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any other applicable United States Government entity.
All information provided by you or others on your behalf to Caribbean CPA will be treated as confidential by Caribbean CPA, except when required by law or by a government entity with jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT TERMS
Any cause of action initiated by you with respect to the services provided by Caribbean CPA to you must be initiated within one year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived.
In the event that any part of any agreement entered between you and Caribbean CPA is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
AGREEMENT ENTIRETY
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Caribbean CPA regarding your use of the www.caribbeancpa.do website.
